About the role#
White Cap offers a Summer 2027 internship program for students looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. You will work on functional projects and process improvements across various departments, including Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Computer Science. Interns may be paired with a mentor and receive general supervision while contributing to business objectives.
What you'll do#
- Analyze data to produce findings and draw conclusions.
- Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations to management through oral and written reports.
- Execute tasks related to functional projects and process improvements.
- Identify and resolve defined problems while communicating any issues or roadblocks.
- Assist with research and special projects to support business initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a college degree in a field such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Computer Science, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated superior academic performance.
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of results-oriented leadership.
- Ability to work in a professional office environment with occasional light lifting or travel.
