About the role#
As a Manufacturing Operations Engineering Intern, you will work on-site at our plant to improve overall performance. You will gain hands-on experience by managing continuous improvement projects that focus on reducing downtime, scrap, and process variation. This role is designed to help you build professional skills while contributing to the safety, quality, and efficiency of our operations.
What you'll do#
- Own and complete a meaningful project that delivers measurable business impact.
- Work to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams across different departments.
- Communicate project progress and results clearly.
- Present a final recommendation that adds value to the plant.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- An anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- A minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to the work site.

- Duration: 12 weeks, full-time.
