About the role#
White Cap is offering a Summer 2027 internship program focused on field and operations. This program provides hands-on experience in areas such as warehouse management, production, distribution, and sales. You will work under supervision to learn how our branches function while contributing to specific projects.
What you'll do#
- Perform assigned tasks to learn about our business operations.
- Assist with research and special projects to support business objectives.
- Analyze data to draw conclusions and produce findings.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Present your findings and suggestions to management through oral and written reports.
- Communicate any issues or roadblocks you encounter during your work.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a college degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong analytical skills and a history of superior academic performance.
- A record of results-oriented leadership.

- Locations: Atlanta, Georgia and Nashville, Tennessee.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work modality: On-site.
