About the role#
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will work on the HardieLink platform. This role focuses on customer success, digital adoption, analytics, and process improvement. You will contribute to projects that enhance the user experience and support scalable growth for a platform that manages over 16,000 orders annually.
What you'll do#
- Analyze user adoption metrics, platform performance, and customer engagement trends.
- Build and maintain the HardieLink Adoption and Health Dashboard for executive reporting.
- Assist with user onboarding, registration tracking, and customer communications.
- Develop training materials, user guides, FAQs, and video resources.
- Contribute to the HardieLink Customer Success Playbook.
- Perform UAT and regression testing for new features, including documenting defects and collaborating with IT teams.
- Manage portal content, including release notes, feature announcements, and knowledge base updates.
- Review customer feedback and survey results to recommend improvements for the product roadmap.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science.
- An anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Availability to work full-time for 12 weeks during summer 2027.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to the office.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
