About the role#
As a Talent Management & Development Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in enterprise talent and performance management. You will contribute to programs that support employees and managers by analyzing data and identifying ways to improve efficiency and user experience. This 12-week, full-time internship culminates in a capstone project where you will present findings and recommendations to leadership.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate employee and manager experiences across performance review cycles.
- Analyze process metrics, completion rates, and feedback trends to improve manager effectiveness.
- Support talent review and succession planning activities through data preparation and reporting.
- Assist with the development of talent scorecards and dashboards.
- Review Individual Development Plan (IDP) utilization and research industry best practices.
- Coordinate aspects of the Rise@Hardie internship program, including evaluations and feedback collection.
- Serve as an ambassador for the intern cohort by building connections and supporting community-building activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources, with an anticipated graduation in May 2029.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
