About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience supporting an enterprise network infrastructure implementation. You will work on a large-scale network transformation project, focusing on the ordering, tracking, and onboarding of Internet circuits from telecommunications providers across North America. This is a 12-week paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Support quote requests, order submissions, and technical data collection.
- Coordinate installation activities and follow up on open orders to identify potential risks.
- Maintain accurate circuit inventory and order status records.
- Communicate with telecommunications providers, internal teams, and site contacts.
- Escalate issues with necessary context and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate acceptance testing and handoff activities.
- Produce weekly status reports regarding progress, upcoming tasks, and blockers.
- Use project tracking, collaboration, and documentation tools to manage records.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, routing, WAN technologies, and Internet connectivity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and common project management or collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

- Location: Mission Viejo, California.
- Modality: On-site.
- Availability: Full-time for 12 weeks during Summer 2027.
- Requirements: Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
