About the role#
The Clinical Training Team (CTT) is hiring a Student Assistant to support document management and project coordination within the Counseling Department. This role involves maintaining database accuracy and assisting with reports required for university and accreditation standards.
What you'll do#
- Update and maintain database information for students, faculty, site supervisors, and training sites in ELC.
- Generate documentation and reports for accreditation and university needs.
- Provide feedback to the CTT regarding content and internal processes.
- Consult with the team to complete specific tasks and projects.
- Join meetings with the Clinical Training Team when your schedule allows.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Palo Alto University.
- Proficiency with Google Suite including Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Calendar.
- Familiarity with technology platforms such as Zoom and Tevera.
- Ability to use technical functions like screenshots and track changes.
- Strong ethical and professional communication skills.
- A proactive approach, including the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and request feedback.
Location & details#
- This is a remote position.
- You must be available for 10 to 20 hours per week.
- The position is paid at $20 per hour.
- This is a part-time role with a rolling term.
