About the role#
Packaging Corporation of America is seeking an IT Intern for the Summer 2027 term at our paper mill in International Falls, Minnesota. This is a full-time, paid position that provides hands-on experience with technical support and infrastructure maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.
- Build and deploy computer systems for staff use.
- Maintain network documentation, including labeling physical network taps and creating technical drawings.
- Inventory and track IT equipment.
- Remove malicious software from workstations.
- Assist with documenting technical issues and their resolutions.
- Lift and transport equipment of various weights.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior status in a 4-year Computer Science degree program.
- A current, valid driver’s license.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
