    About the role#

    Packaging Corporation of America is seeking an IT Intern for the Summer 2027 term at our paper mill in International Falls, Minnesota. This is a full-time, paid position that provides hands-on experience with technical support and infrastructure maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

    What you'll do#

    • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.
    • Build and deploy computer systems for staff use.
    • Maintain network documentation, including labeling physical network taps and creating technical drawings.
    • Inventory and track IT equipment.
    • Remove malicious software from workstations.
    • Assist with documenting technical issues and their resolutions.
    • Lift and transport equipment of various weights.

    What you'll need#

    • Junior or Senior status in a 4-year Computer Science degree program.
    • A current, valid driver’s license.
    • Authorization to work in the United States.
