About the role#
Allied Solutions is hiring an AI Solutions Intern for the summer of 2027. This full-time internship is based at our headquarters in Carmel, Indiana. You will work with the AI Center of Excellence and business stakeholders to identify and improve a specific business workflow using our Enterprise AI Assistant. The program focuses on hands-on experience across the entire solution lifecycle, from initial workflow mapping to final pilot launch and user adoption.
What you'll do#
- Explore potential use cases and select a business workflow for the Enterprise AI Assistant.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to document current workflows, pain points, and user needs.
- Design, test, and refine a custom Enterprise AI Assistant solution.
- Create user guidance and assist with demonstrations and training sessions.
- Present completed pilot results and lessons learned to business stakeholders and AI leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior.
- Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business or Data Analytics, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar tools, seek feedback, and work through ambiguity.

- Location: Carmel, Indiana.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 17th to August 6th).
- Modality: On-site, full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
