    About the role#

    We are looking for an IT Co-op to join our team at the International Falls paper mill. This position runs from January through August 2027, covering the Winter, Spring, and Summer terms. You will work on-site in a full-time capacity.

    What you'll do#

    • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and network issues.
    • Build and deploy computers, including setting up new machines and clearing data from used equipment.
    • Document network infrastructure by labeling physical taps and creating system drawings.
    • Track and document IT inventory.
    • Remove malicious software like viruses and spyware from workstations.
    • Help document technical issues and their resolutions.
    • Lift and transport IT equipment as needed.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in a 4-year Computer Science degree program.
    • A valid driver’s license.
    • Authorization to work in the United States.

    • Location: International Falls, Minnesota.
    • Term: January 2027 to August 2027.
    • This is a paid, full-time position.
