About the role#
We are looking for an IT Co-op to join our team at the International Falls paper mill. This position runs from January through August 2027, covering the Winter, Spring, and Summer terms. You will work on-site in a full-time capacity.
What you'll do#
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and network issues.
- Build and deploy computers, including setting up new machines and clearing data from used equipment.
- Document network infrastructure by labeling physical taps and creating system drawings.
- Track and document IT inventory.
- Remove malicious software like viruses and spyware from workstations.
- Help document technical issues and their resolutions.
- Lift and transport IT equipment as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in a 4-year Computer Science degree program.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
