About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Counce, Tennessee. You will work on-site, gaining experience in cost accounting, forecasting, and internal controls within a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Audit contractor time and material billings and markups.
- Conduct physical inventories alongside personnel from outside the accounting department.
- Partner with both operations and accounting teams to complete projects.
- Execute assigned tasks and communicate your results clearly.
- Maintain safety awareness while working in the vicinity of machinery.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited university as a Finance or Accounting major.
- Completion of your freshman year of undergraduate studies.
- An overall GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Status as a permanent U.S. resident.
