About the role#
The Marketing & Communications AI Agent Intern will support the design, testing, and documentation of AI workflows. You will help automate repetitive tasks, standardize Copilot prompts, and improve reporting processes. This role offers hands-on experience applying AI tools within a production enterprise environment.
What you'll do#
- Design and prototype AI agents that auto-populate intake forms from raw inputs like campaign briefs and creative review requests.
- Map intake fields to data sources and define validation rules to improve data quality.
- Create fillable templates and Copilot prompts to generate first-draft documents.
- Summarize weekly and monthly campaign trends, including messaging effectiveness, audience response, and performance highlights.
- Build and maintain a structured campaign database to track objectives, channels, creative approaches, and lessons learned.
- Document AI-enabled communication workflows and draft internal training materials to support team adoption.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in marketing, communications, business, information systems, data analytics, or a related field.
- Strong written communication and editing skills.
- Basic familiarity with Copilot or similar AI interfaces.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and databases such as Excel, Google Sheets, or SharePoint.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to synthesize information into clear insights.
