The Marketing & Communications AI Agent Intern will support the design, testing, and documentation of AI-enabled workflows to improve how customer communications are created, reviewed, and reported. This role focuses on automating repetitive tasks, standardizing AI prompts, and surfacing actionable insights from campaigns within a production enterprise environment.
What you'll do#
- Design and prototype AI agents that auto-populate intake forms from raw inputs like campaign briefs and creative review requests.
- Map intake fields to data sources and define validation rules to improve data quality.
- Create fillable templates and Copilot prompts to generate first-draft documents.
- Summarize weekly and monthly campaign trends, including performance highlights, messaging effectiveness, and audience response.
- Build and maintain a structured database to track campaign objectives, channels, creative approaches, and results.
- Document AI-enabled communication workflows, including governance, tone guidelines, and rollout plans.
- Draft internal communications and training materials to support the adoption of new agents and toolkits.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in marketing, communications, business, information systems, data analytics, or a related field.
- Strong written communication and editing skills.
- Basic familiarity with Copilot or similar AI interfaces.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and simple databases such as Excel, Google Sheets, or SharePoint.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information into clear summaries.
- Desired qualifications include experience with low-code or no-code tools and basic familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools.

- Compensation: $20.88 to $36.42 per hour
