About the role#
As an HR Intern at Oshkosh Corporation, you will work directly with experienced professionals to support our human resources department. This role offers exposure to various HR functions, allowing you to gain practical experience through project work and daily operational tasks.
What you'll do#
- Assist with salaried recruiting by organizing and participating in job fairs and interviews.
- Create and maintain position descriptions for all departments.
- Manage HRIS tasks, including applicant tracking, resume reviews, and updating requisitions.
- Schedule and conduct interviews for both salaried and hourly positions.
- Support the company Affirmative Action Plan through regular audits and process maintenance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Human Resource Management or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania.
- This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
