About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Fall 2026 term. You will work on-site at our Chillicothe, Ohio facility. You will support the human resources department by managing administrative tasks and assisting with core HR functions.
What you'll do#
- Monitor and update applicant flow data to support affirmative action reporting.
- Assist with new hire orientation, interviews, employee counseling, and termination processes.
- Analyze and process information from various sources, ensuring data accuracy.
- Serve as a resource for department heads and help with documentation.
- Handle general clerical duties including filing, correspondence, and supply management.
- Screen calls and visitors while providing information to employees.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or senior in a human resource management, labor relations, or business management program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- A commitment to regular, on-site attendance.
