Description: Project Management Intern2027 Summer Internship: May 31, 2027 - August 20, 2027Location –This is a hybrid role, which means that you will have the flexibility to work both onsite and at a distance. You will collaborate onsite at our La Farge, WI office for 3-5 days per week, and the rest of the time you can choose to work remotely or onsite. Employee Type – HourlySafety Sensitive – NoSummary of RoleThe Project Management Intern will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of projects by coordinating activities, tracking timelines and deliverables, facilitating communication, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to help ensure successful project outcomes.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Administration •Coordinate day-to-day project activities and administrative tasks.•Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and action items.•Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and distribute meeting notes.•Communicate updates to project stakeholders and team members.•Support issue resolution and escalation processes.Project Reporting & Governance •Maintain project plans, dashboards, and status reports.•Assist with project documentation, governance, and reporting requirements.•Develop and organize project materials that support visibility, accountability, and decision-making.Continuous Improvement & Best Practices •Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.•Support the development and adoption of project management best practices across the team.•Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve project execution.Additional Duties and Responsibilities •Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Knowledge, Skills and Competencies•Currently enrolled in post-secondary education with one year or less from graduation required.•Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration.•Strong communication skills; both verbal and written required.•Proficient with Microsoft Office programs required.•Ability to prioritize workload and responsibilities effectively.•Ability to work individually and in a team environment.•Strong organizational and time management skills.•Interest in organic and working with farmers and cooperative business model preferred. Base hourly rate: $20.00 per hourHours per week: 40 hoursInternship Program Overview •Program concludes after 12 weeks •Furnished housing provided or housing stipend•Engaging and project-based experiences with a leading organic food brand•Network and learn from our business leaders in a "Learn the Co-op Series"•Various intern group events held throughout the summer•Interns are paid hourly for time worked•Interns are responsible for transportation to and from work
