About the role#
As a Project Management Intern, you will support the day-to-day operations of various projects. You will help coordinate activities, track timelines, and manage deliverables to ensure project success. This role involves maintaining project documentation, assisting with status reports, and engaging with stakeholders to keep team members informed.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate daily project tasks and administrative duties.
- Track project timelines, risks, and action items.
- Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and share notes with the team.
- Maintain project plans and dashboards.
- Support documentation, governance, and reporting requirements.
- Develop project materials to support decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows.
- Support the adoption of project management best practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business Administration degree program.
- Expected graduation within one year or less.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to manage your own workload and work well within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- An interest in organic food, working with farmers, and the cooperative business model.
Location & details#
- Location: La Farge, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 31 to August 20).
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with 3-5 days per week onsite at the La Farge office.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: Paid hourly at $20.00 per hour.
- Additional: Furnished housing or a housing stipend is provided.
