About the role#
This internship offers a hands-on introduction to a sales career within the IT services industry. You will join the team for a summer program designed to build your professional foundation through training, coaching, and real-world experience. The role is based in Burlington, Massachusetts, and requires full-time, on-site attendance.
What you'll do#
- Uncover and qualify leads using phone, email, and social outreach.
- Build a sales pipeline through cold calling and social selling techniques.
- Work with sales teams to convert leads into a qualified pipeline.
- Develop knowledge of Oracle products, sales methodologies, and industry standards.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and demand generation activities.
- Identify and qualify new business, expansion, and upsell opportunities.
- Present a final capstone project at the conclusion of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program as a rising senior.
- Commitment to return to your degree program after the internship concludes.
- Strong interest in sales and technology.
- Preference for majors in Business Administration, Professional Selling, or a Sales concentration.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A competitive nature, strong work ethic, and demonstrated resilience.
- Intellectual curiosity and a coachable mindset.
