SCA Project Manager Intern - OVIP

About the role#

The Sovereign Cloud team builds and operates government, classified, and sovereign cloud regions for state and local, civilian, defense, and intelligence community customers. As an SCA Project Manager Intern within the Oracle Veteran Internship Program (OVIP), you will join a team focused on delivering high-performance cloud solutions that meet rigorous security and compliance standards. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026.

What you'll do#

• Support Product Managers in the conception, design, launch, and go-to-market strategy for government-focused cloud products.
• Develop an understanding of the government customer landscape, market, and competition to drive product adoption.
• Assist in product definition, ranging from long-term vision and roadmaps to detailed product requirements.
• Influence engineering teams to iterate on features required by the government market.
• Manage pilot programs and gather continuous feedback from customers.
• Create field enablement materials and partner with sales and marketing to deliver product collateral.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• Understanding of cloud platform technologies and their application to real-world problems; experience in a project manager or technical leadership role with a cloud provider is preferred.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and take ownership to drive results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with engineers, end-users, partners, and senior leadership.
• Experience building value propositions, messaging, and guidance for stakeholders.
• Preference for US veterans transitioning from active service or active-duty military spouses new to the corporate sector.
