M&D Customer Solutions Analyst Intern - OVIP

About the role#

The M&D Customer Solutions Analyst Intern position is part of the Oracle Veteran Internship Program (OVIP). This program is designed to provide transitioning military veterans and military spouses with hands-on job-skill training and professional development within a corporate environment. Interns work closely with corporate leadership, veteran coaches, and HR professionals to facilitate a successful transition into the private sector.

What you'll do#

• Provide customer service for Oracle’s online venues using phone, email, chat, and co-browse.
• Use Oracle applications to research customer inquiries and determine entitlement to products and services.
• Provision license keys and passwords to enable access to Oracle products.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop procedures that support evolving business needs.
• Analyze trends and process performance through data collection and metrics.
• Create and maintain process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need#

• BA/BS college degree.
• 1-2 years of work experience, which may include internships.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Preference is given to U.S. veterans transitioning from active service or military spouses new to the corporate sector.
