About the role#
The M&D Customer Solutions Analyst Intern position is part of the Oracle Veteran Internship Program (OVIP). This program is designed to support transitioning military veterans and active-duty military spouses by providing hands-on job-skill training and professional development within a corporate environment. Interns will work closely with corporate leadership and veteran coaches to build experience in customer support and technical operations.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service for Oracle online venues including the Oracle Store and Software Delivery Cloud via phone, email, chat, and co-browse.
- Research customer inquiries using Oracle applications to determine product and service entitlements.
- Provision license keys and passwords to enable access to Oracle products.
- Analyze trends and process performance through data collection and metrics to report quality impacts to management.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop procedures that support evolving business needs.
- Manage customer feedback through the department quality management system and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- A BA/BS college degree.
- 1-2 years of work experience, which may include previous internships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- A preference for candidates who are U.S. veterans transitioning from active service or military spouses new to the corporate sector.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site, full-time position located in the United States.
- The role operates on a rolling term basis.
- Compensation is $30 per hour for a 40-hour work week.
