NetSuite Customer Success Special Projects Intern - OVIP

About the role#

The NetSuite Customer Success Special Projects Intern role is part of the Oracle Veteran Internship Program (OVIP). This position supports the NetSuite Global Business Unit with projects across operations, enablement, process efficiency, systems, and delivery. Interns work closely with corporate leadership and team members to gain exposure to the cloud business while transitioning into the corporate sector.

What you'll do#

• Execute special projects as assigned by team leads or executive management.
• Perform data analysis and compile findings to present to leadership.
• Contribute to key reports and organizational communications.
• Support the development of key initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with peers, managers, and team members.

What you'll need#

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and meet strict deadlines.
• Preference is given to transitioning U.S. military veterans or active-duty military spouses new to the corporate environment.

• Location: Austin, Texas.
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Modality: On-site.
• Compensation: $30 per hour.
