About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship within the Global Supply Chain & Operations team. You will work on high-priority business initiatives that align with the company strategy. Under the guidance of senior leaders, you will take ownership of a scoped project designed to challenge your critical thinking and contribute directly to team goals.
What you'll do#
- Influence sourcing and manufacturing strategies by creating metrics, KPIs, and evaluation frameworks.
- Optimize processes for geo-distributed forecasts.
- Conduct supplier capability landscaping and process mapping.
- Analyze data and conduct market research on the quality of footwear, apparel, and accessories.
- Streamline risk assessment processes.
- Build tools using Tableau or Smartsheet to automate workflows and visualize data.
- Develop operation models.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Background in fields such as Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or Business.
- 0-2 years of work experience.
- Proficiency with analytical tools like SQL, Tableau, Excel, or Power BI. Python or R skills are a plus.
- Interest or experience in machine learning and AI.
- Strong project management, data analytics, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams at multiple levels.
- A self-directed mindset and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
