About the role#
The Process Improvement Intern program is a 12-week immersive experience designed to help you grow your career through focused assignments. You will work within the corporate supply chain team and alongside various operational departments, including engineering, procurement, transportation, and logistics. The program runs from January 11th to April 23rd, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Manage multiple supply chain projects while meeting established timelines.
- Conduct supply chain analysis and assist in the creation of process improvement projects.
- Partner with teams to elicit, analyze, document, and deliver supply chain solutions.
- Communicate project status and potential risks to the appropriate teams.
- Develop plans to address project risks and escalate unresolved issues.
- Actively seek and recommend new project opportunities.
- Assist with the documentation of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Complete a cumulative project and present your findings to the executive team or management.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- A major in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Transportation, Retail Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, or other relevant fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a group setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information to various levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship.
