About the role#
Nexstar Media Group is offering a paid internship for students in Buffalo, New York. You will gain hands-on experience across departments such as News, Creative Services, Production, and Community Development. This program runs for 15 weeks and provides a structured learning environment. You will receive a written evaluation from your supervisor when the internship concludes.
What you'll do#
- Commit to 16 hours of work per week.
- Complete two eight-hour shifts during each week of the program.
- Participate in projects that offer a meaningful learning experience.
- Collaborate with team members in your assigned department.
What you'll need#
- You must be a senior in your final year of study.
- Majors in Communications, Journalism, or Media Studies are preferred.
- You should have an advanced skill level to manage the complexity of assigned projects.
- A willingness to learn and a collaborative approach to work are essential.
- Previous internship experience is a plus.
