About the role#
The New York Post is seeking an Advertising Operations Intern to join the Digital Advertising Operations team for the Fall 2026 term. This role provides hands-on experience in campaign management and revenue operations within a media environment. Interns will work part-time, 24 hours per week, on-site at the Midtown Manhattan office from September 14, 2026, to November 20, 2026.
What you'll do#
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns from inception to launch.
- Assist in refining ad delivery workflows to improve efficiency.
- Perform quality assurance checks on digital advertisements to ensure flawless execution across platforms.
- Create and maintain reports for the Revenue Operations team to provide insights on campaign performance.
- Work within ad servers to help streamline systems and optimize for accuracy and scalability.
- Develop a deep understanding of site ad functionality and the diverse ad products offered to clients.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a junior or senior pursuing a BA, current MA student, or a recent graduate who completed a degree within the past year.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies.
- Proactive and organized approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interest in digital media and advertising with a curiosity for learning ad operations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
