About the role#
The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services offers an internship program for students to gain hands-on experience in a professional public health environment. What you'll do#
- Support public health initiatives and programs.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university, or graduation within the last year.
- Preferred fields of study include Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Promotion, Statistics, Biology, or Health Administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Term: Summer 2027.
