About the role#
Nationwide Children's Hospital is hiring an IS Customer Service Intern to support organizational projects and strategic initiatives. This is a paid, part-time position scheduled for 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will work on-site in Columbus, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Gather and analyze data to support projects.
- Run pre-defined queries and format reports.
- Build presentation materials for data findings and new initiatives.
- Attend weekly group development sessions and intern events.
- Handle clerical office coordination and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with your manager to suggest improvements for the department.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in high school or an accredited undergraduate, graduate, or doctorate program.
- Majors in Business Administration, Communications, or Computer Science are preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well in teams and maintain professional composure.
- Previous work experience in the medical field is a plus.

- This role is located at 431 S 18th St, Columbus, OH.
- The position is on-site and requires physical tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
