About the role#
As an Indoor Operations and Guest Experience Intern, you will support the daily functions of our indoor departments. You will gain hands-on experience in team support, guest service, and operational flow while working across Admissions, Arcade, Foods, and Property Maintenance. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment for our guests.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily opening, operating, and closing procedures across all indoor departments.
- Greet guests, answer questions, and resolve concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Support team member placement and coordinate break coverage to maintain service flow.
- Complete operational checklists for cleaning, restocking, and opening or closing tasks with accuracy.
- Help with queue management and assist with special events or group bookings.
- Communicate facility or equipment concerns to leadership and maintenance teams.
- Cross-train across different departments to gain a full understanding of park operations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Management, Business, or Tourism.
- Previous customer service or team-based experience is preferred.
- A willingness to learn operational procedures and internal systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk frequently throughout the park.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.

- Location: Sevierville, Tennessee.
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
- The term is rolling.
- Shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
