About the role#
The Marketing and Community Outreach Intern supports daily marketing operations at NASCAR SpeedPark. You will gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, event promotion, and brand engagement. This role assists marketing leadership in executing strategies to increase brand awareness and enhance guest engagement while helping with park promotions.
What you'll do#
- Create and schedule social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Assist with social media campaigns and interact directly with guests.
- Produce marketing content including photos, videos, and promotional materials.
- Develop print and digital marketing assets such as signage.
- Manage email marketing tasks, including content creation and audience targeting.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, campaign metrics, and guest engagement trends.
- Support group sales, event activations, and local partnership initiatives.
- Participate in front-line operations to understand the guest experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics tools.
- Strong creative, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with team members and leadership.
- Demonstrated alignment with the PARC mission and core values.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move between event locations, occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.

- Location: Sevierville, Tennessee.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time with rolling start dates.
- Compensation: Paid internship with a sign-on bonus, referral bonus, and employee discounts.
