About the role#
The Access Contracting Enablement (ACE) internship is a 12-week program within the Global Market Access division. You will work with the Sustainable Access Solutions team to help improve patient access to medical innovations. The program focuses on developing your skills in business-oriented analytics, project management, and strategic thinking. You will work alongside market access leaders and data specialists to assess trends and develop strategies for value-based contracting.
What you'll do#
- Gain familiarity with existing data sources and gather insights from them.
- Generate and analyze novel insights, then summarize them for stakeholders.
- Present key findings to Access leaders.
- Develop case studies that tell a clear story around value-based contracting.
- Support local market opportunity assessments.
- Collaborate with internal global stakeholders to accelerate innovative contracting solutions.
- Create a poster to present at the end of the internship summarizing your experience and learnings.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Passion for learning and problem solving.
- Available to work full-time for up to 12 consecutive weeks starting in May or June 2027.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excel-based analytics capabilities and solid presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a team.
- Interest or experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

- Locations: Rahway, New Jersey; North Wales, Pennsylvania; or Upper Gwynedd, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Duration: Summer 2027 (up to 12 weeks).
