About the role#
This is a paid, eleven-week internship program designed to provide meaningful experience in Human Resources. Interns work on projects that impact our business and patients while gaining exposure to functional areas such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Workplace Relations, Learning and Leadership Development, and Talent Management. High-performing interns may be considered for the full-time Human Resources Leadership Development Program.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to assignments that incorporate technical knowledge, analytical strength, and creative problem solving.
- Participate in both in-person and virtual development and networking activities throughout the summer.
- Collaborate across business functions to build functional HR knowledge and leadership capabilities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited Master's program with an emphasis in Human Resources, graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Enrollment in an accredited Master's program for at least one additional semester following the internship.
- Previous internship or related experience in Human Resources.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Demonstrated learning agility with the ability to adapt to new information, business challenges, and evolving priorities.
- A global mindset to thrive in an inclusive culture and environment.
