About the role#
This internship focuses on protecting systems, data, and applications. You will work within one of four key areas: Cybersecurity, Security Operations Center, Identity Access Management, or Application Security. This is a full-time, paid, 11-week on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Monitor security alerts and incidents while assisting with vulnerability scanning and remediation.
- Perform initial triage of security events and alarms, escalating potential threats to senior analysts.
- Manage access requests and account provisioning, including the maintenance of documentation for accounts and permissions.
- Support secure code reviews, testing, and application vulnerability assessments.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- A minor or concentration in Cybersecurity, or equivalent exposure through professional or extracurricular activities.
- A graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher.
