About the role#
This is a six-month, paid Co-Op program within the Global Packaging organization. You will work on packaging formats and materials that impact the business and patients. The role involves participating in developmental and networking activities throughout the duration of the program.
What you'll do#
- Develop and test packaging for new projects.
- Execute test protocols.
- Identify and select materials while defining specifications.
- Mine data to identify standardization opportunities.
- Research sustainability and packaging improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate and perform experiments both independently and as part of a team in laboratory and manufacturing plant settings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Packaging, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
- Commitment to return to university the semester following the Co-Op.
- Strong academic performance.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

- Location: North Chicago, Illinois.
- Term: July 2027 to December 2027.
- Modality: On-site (minimum of three days per week).
