About the role#
As a Commercial Leader Program intern, you will join an integrated brand team focused on marketing. You will work on projects that support our therapeutic portfolio and have a direct impact on our business and patients. This is a full-time, paid internship opportunity. We look for high-performing interns for potential consideration for our full-time Commercial Leader Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Develop strategic and tactical plans to support our therapeutic portfolio and address competition.
- Analyze marketing and sales functions to execute regional or account-based approaches.
- Create materials and training for the field to support Patient Education Programs.
- Research internal brands and external markets to provide recommendations for marketing strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with creative agencies and medical counterparts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited MBA program, with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- At least 3 years of prior work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time during the internship.
- Academic focus in areas such as marketing, healthcare consulting, or general management.
