About the role#
This internship serves as a gateway into a 3-year rotational program designed to develop future finance leaders. You will work on assignments that impact business operations and patients. Your work will involve cross-functional collaboration to support data-based decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Support key financial planning, analysis, and strategy initiatives.
- Provide analytical support to finance leaders to evaluate business performance, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Conduct financial modeling, variance analysis, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist with the annual operating plan and monthly performance reporting cycles.
- Analyze sales trends, pricing strategies, and gross margin performance.
- Develop business cases for pipeline investments and market entry.
- Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior leadership review.
- Partner with business units to identify drivers of growth and profitability.
- Refine financial dashboards and key performance indicators to improve visibility.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time MBA program with an emphasis on finance or a related field.
- You must be enrolled in a full-time MBA program the semester following your internship.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- 3-5+ years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, or Consulting.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
