About the role#
Sinclair is hiring a Human Resources Intern to support our global HR administration. This role provides daily HR support for our Spain region. You will work on-site in either New York or Florida. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Oversee occupational risk prevention coordination and follow-up.
- Prepare and issue onboarding and employment documentation.
- Act as the primary contact for suppliers and manage the company car fleet.
- Track employee vacation records and time off reports.
- Resolve HRIS system queries.
- Monitor employee attendance and medical check-ups.
- Assist with document management for labor, health and safety, training, and data protection audits.
- Provide general administrative support for recruitment and training.
What you'll need#
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and HR systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Current pursuit of a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
