About the role#
The Technology Procurement Co-op position is part of our Future Talent Program. You will work within the Global Supplier Management Group for up to 6 months. This role provides hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and digital transformation. You will collaborate with teams across IT, Finance, Legal, and Security to support technology investment initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support sourcing and procurement for software, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and professional services.
- Analyze spend data to find savings, supplier consolidation, and process improvements.
- Assist with contract analysis, including market research and pricing comparisons.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for procurement leadership.
- Participate in supplier meetings and support stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to procurement transformation and digital capability projects.
- Manage contract lifecycles and procurement workflows.
- Research emerging technology market trends and supplier innovations.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Interest in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or technology.
- Experience with data analysis tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel analytics is a plus.
- Coursework in business analytics, supply chain, finance, or technology management is preferred.
