About the role#
As a Commercial Leader Program Intern for Aesthetics, you will join an integrated brand team focused on marketing. You will work on projects that impact our business and patients. This role requires a mix of technical knowledge, analytical strength, and problem solving. You will gain exposure to our aesthetics portfolio, which includes brands like Botox, CoolSculpting, SkinMedica, Juvéderm, and DiamondGlow.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with brand teams to support product launches by building relationships and creating support tools.
- Research internal brands and the external market to provide recommendations for marketing strategies.
- Assess trade-offs for commercial focus and tactical planning.
- Recommend strategies to drive incremental business for our aesthetics brands.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited MBA program, with graduation expected between December 2027 and June 2028.
- At least 3 years of prior work experience.
- A willingness to travel up to 15% of the time during the internship.
- Academic focus in areas such as marketing, consumer goods, or general management.

- This internship is located on-site at our corporate headquarters in Irvine, California.
- The position is full-time and paid.
