About the role#
This internship is part of the Future Talent Program and lasts up to 12 weeks. You will join the Clinical Safety and Risk Management team, which focuses on safety surveillance and product lifecycle management. This role offers exposure to the pharmaceutical industry through project work that supports safety processes and cross-functional teams.
What you'll do#
- Review and organize safety-related information, documents, and trackers.
- Prepare meeting materials, summaries, action-item lists, and follow-up documentation.
- Support updates to training resources, process guides, and team reference materials.
- Identify opportunities to streamline routine workflows and improve how information is captured.
- Use Microsoft tools like Word, Excel, and Teams for documentation and collaboration.
- Explore practical ways that digital tools or AI-enabled solutions can support efficiency and knowledge management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program, with a preference for nursing, pharmacy, or pre-medicine students.
- Experience using Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Preferred: Experience or knowledge in drug safety, pharmacovigilance, or risk management.
- Preferred: Demonstrated interest or experience in artificial intelligence.
