About the role#
This internship is part of the Future Talent Program. You will work at our manufacturing facility in Millsboro, Delaware. The role provides technical support and helps maintain environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance. You will work on projects involving air, water, and waste programs.
What you'll do#
- Provide EHS compliance and technical support at the facility.
- Work on projects related to environmental compliance programs.
- Receive verbal or written direction and implement changes.
- Think critically about process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with outside departments.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, or another technical program.
- Completed at least 2 years of college coursework.
- Ability to work full time for 10-12 weeks.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
- Ability to work in a small team and explain decisions clearly.
- Prior internship or work experience in the EHS field or chemical manufacturing is preferred.
