About the role#
The Future Talent Program offers a 12-week internship within the Global Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Safety Business Development Execution team. You will gain hands-on experience by participating in one or more projects, providing insight into how business deals are implemented and managed. This role offers exposure to various deal types and levels of engagement within the pharmaceutical industry.
What you'll do#
- Complete one or more assigned projects during the internship.
- Gain insight into the realization of business deal implementation.
- Engage with different business development deal types.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional, team-based environment.
What you'll need#
- A background in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and analytical thinking skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Experience applying AI to improve task efficiency.
- Foundational project and time management skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory processes or clinical development.
- Experience with data analysis or process improvement initiatives.
- Interest in healthcare, regulatory affairs, or business development.

- Locations: Rahway, New Jersey or North Wales, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
- Employment: Full-time internship.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
