About the role#
This internship with the Human Pharma Quality Systems and Compliance team focuses on improving quality operations for commercial pharmaceutical products. You will work on data-driven projects, explore automation, and support the management of technical product complaints. This role provides an opportunity to apply analytical skills to real-world quality processes while collaborating across the department.
What you'll do#
- Support technical product complaint management, including trend analysis and quality metrics reporting.
- Build dashboards, visualizations, and key performance indicators using tools like Power BI.
- Evaluate how Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Copilot, and automation can improve quality processes.
- Assist with ongoing projects related to supplier quality, documentation management, and process optimization.
- Create business cases, reports, and presentations for quality leadership.
- Research industry best practices to support digital transformation and quality operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate, graduate, or advanced degree student at an accredited college or university.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
- Completion of at least 12 credit hours for undergraduates or 9 credit hours for graduate students.
- Majors in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience with Power BI.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without restriction.
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.
