About the role#
The Future Talent Program offers a summer internship within the Global Clinical Trial Operations team. This role supports the Continuous Improvement group, which manages quality oversight and compliance for clinical trials. You will participate in projects that drive efficient and ethical trial conduct across our global organization.
What you'll do#
- Support the team managing the Clinical Quality Management System for global trials.
- Create quality and compliance metrics.
- Develop communication materials for key stakeholders.
- Build tools to support trending analysis from various quality data sets.
- Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare a capstone presentation to summarize your internship activities and deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time BS or BA degree program in a STEM discipline.
- Completion of at least two years of collegiate study by June 2027.
- Availability to work full-time for up to 12 weeks starting in May or June 2027.
- Programming experience and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Interest in managing quality and compliance projects.
- Interest in data analytics and visualization.
- Knowledge of SQL, R, or Python is considered a plus.
