About the role#
The Future Talent Program offers internships lasting up to twelve weeks within our Research Lab Division. This role focuses on Clinical Business Operations, where you will support strategic and operational projects related to process, quality, and technology in clinical data management. You will work alongside team members to analyze data, evaluate policies, and propose solutions to improve the efficiency of Global Data Management and Standards. This position provides exposure to portfolio operations, project management, change management, and metrics.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic and operational projects regarding clinical data management and standards.
- Assist with special projects and analyze data, processes, and policies.
- Propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of Global Data Management and Standards.
- Execute process improvement initiatives.
- Apply technology to improve systems and processes.
- Drive organizational alignment on strategic operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate degree program in Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical).
- Completion of at least two full years of undergraduate study prior to the start date.
- Ability to work full-time for up to twelve weeks starting in May or June 2027.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong document management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to drive projects to completion independently.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.

- Modality: Hybrid.

- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
