About the role#
This Winter 2027 co-op position is based in Framingham, Massachusetts. You will join the MBC Supply Chain team to support bio-manufacturing sites that produce treatments for rare diseases and oncology. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
What you'll do#
- Work with site schedulers and manufacturing teams to align the Master Production Schedule with Material Requirements Planning.
- Provide demand forecasts for raw materials to support the standard cost setting process.
- Coordinate supplier deliveries to manage the receiving process using KPIs and dashboards.
- Identify new raw materials and suppliers for development projects.
- Maintain master data in core systems and analyze material usage to set appropriate stock levels.
- Collaborate with site materials teams to ensure requirements are accurately forecasted in SAP based on production schedules.
- Report on material expiry risks and participate in the Material Review Board.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university for the duration of the co-op.
- Pursuit of a bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Ability to relocate to the Framingham area.
- Experience or interest in end-to-end demand planning.
- Interest in using digital systems like SAP and Kinaxis.
