About the role#
This internship is part of the Future Talent Program within our Research Labs Division. You will join the Business Enablement team to work on a specific project that improves business processes and user experiences. The internship lasts up to 12 weeks and focuses on solving a real business challenge through technology.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand project requirements, goals, and workflows.
- Design and build solutions using Python or the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Streamline repetitive tasks by creating automated tools.
- Transform static documents into interactive digital experiences or intelligent support tools.
- Manage your deliverables from initial requirement gathering to final handoff.
- Present a summary of your project impact and value to stakeholders and leadership at the end of the term.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program, specifically in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming or scripting language, with Python strongly preferred.
- Experience or a strong interest in low-code or no-code platforms like Microsoft Power Platform.
- Familiarity with data manipulation, analysis, or process mapping.
- Ability to work independently and manage an assigned project.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
- Ability to write effective prompts, understand basic AI concepts, and use AI to improve productivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is based in either North Wales, Pennsylvania, or Rahway, New Jersey.
- The work modality is hybrid.
- We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
