About the role#
The Future Talent Program offers a 12-week summer internship within our Corporate Audit and Assurance Services department. You will work on monthly audit projects, collaborate with stakeholders across the finance organization, and gain insight into global business operations. This program is designed to provide comprehensive training and networking opportunities, with successful participants considered for our full-time Finance Leadership Development Program.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the execution of financial, operational, SOX 404, and IT audits.
- Partner with colleagues, clients, and support groups to complete assigned audit work.
- Execute audit programs and work papers, including walkthroughs and sample testing.
- Collaborate with the team to write audit summaries and reports detailing control concerns and recommendations.
- Participate in department projects and contribute to team goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to peers and leaders.
- Maintain professionalism, independence, and integrity in all tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior status enrolled in a BS program, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics.
- All business majors, including Management, Marketing, or Economics, will be considered.
- A minimum GPA of 3.3.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Previous internship or work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to teamwork.
- An academic focus on data analytics is preferred.
