About the role#
The Future Talent Program offers a six-month Co-op experience within the Global Support Functions Division. Participants work on audit projects and collaborate with the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) project management team. This role provides exposure to global business operations, internal controls, and risk management strategies. You will work from our global headquarters in Rahway, New Jersey.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to audit projects and SOX project management tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Finance organization to address business needs.
- Use data analytics to gain insights into business practices and strategy execution.
- Evaluate business operations, processes, and internal controls.
- Act as a trusted advisor through advisory engagements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to peers and leadership.
- Develop an understanding of products, healthcare systems, payors, and regulatory risks.
What you'll need#
- Current Sophomore status enrolled in a BS program for Finance, Accountancy, or Business Analytics.
- Minimum GPA of 3.3 or above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous internship or work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
- Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and a commitment to teamwork.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.
- Dedication to ethics and integrity in a professional environment.
