About the role#
Motorola Solutions is hiring a Global Sales Operations Intern to support the Office of the COO. You will work within the Global Operations department to help improve data-driven decision making and process efficiency. This role focuses on the analysis and automation of business processes to support executive stakeholders.
What you'll do#
- Identify and document business processes that are candidates for AI automation.
- Research AI tools, platforms, and industry standards for automation.
- Test AI models before they move into production.
- Create documentation and presentations for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business, Finance, or Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial).
- A graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Experience using AI for process automation.
- Proficiency with Google Work Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and on a team.
- A High School Diploma.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (sponsorship is not available).
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position based in Chicago, Illinois.
- This is a part-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
