About the role#
As a Demand Planning Co-Op, you will join the North America Demand Planning team. You will support business objectives related to revenue, cost, and customer experience by helping develop and execute a multi-year demand plan. This role involves working across various internal teams to ensure alignment on planning horizons.
What you'll do#
- Use and maintain demand planning software to review sales trends and research demand drivers.
- Prepare forecast data and develop statistical models to evaluate results.
- Identify global supply shortages and calculate the total revenue risk associated with them.
- Present findings bi-quarterly to executive partners.
- Create and implement processes to improve forecast accuracy.
- Identify and resolve practices that cause instability within the supply base.
- Collaborate with Supply Planning to meet inventory targets.
- Drive alignment with Sales, Finance, Supply, Product, and Engineering teams.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

- This role is based in Chicago, Illinois.
- This is an on-site, part-time, paid position with a rolling term.
