About the role#
As a Sustainability Intern, you will join our team in Denver to support the implementation of sustainable building practices. You will work directly with project teams to contribute to our sustainability initiatives and gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with a diverse group of people to implement sustainable building practices.
- Conduct in-depth research on various facets of sustainable construction.
- Assist with data collection through unconventional methods, such as contacting local agencies or performing deep research.
- Explore and identify new information sources and analytics tools to support sustainability goals.
- Collect, update, and fact-check existing project profiles and structure data.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program for Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or Architecture.
- Previous internship experience in a related field.
- A basic understanding of construction practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.

- Location: Denver, Colorado.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position.
- Compensation: Paid internship.
