About the role#
MORSE Corp is looking for a Business Operations Analyst Co-op to support our research and development programs. You will monitor, track, and analyze the financial and contractual performance of various programs. This role requires working with chief engineers, program managers, and business leadership to ensure successful project execution.
What you'll do#
- Track program status across multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
- Report on contract deliverables, budget metrics, and program backlogs.
- Collaborate with portfolio leaders and contracts teams to assess financial health.
- Develop reports to project future financial performance and track the opportunity pipeline.
- Create and maintain custom reports within Excel and our ERP systems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced expertise in Excel.
- Prior experience with ERP systems such as JAMIS, Deltek, or Unanet.
- US Citizenship is required, as you must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
- Familiarity with SQL or Microsoft Power BI is helpful but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
